Hacking The Self Podcast

Hacking The Self is a previous iteration of Redesigning The Dharma Podcast.
I started Hacking The Self in 2017 as a way to explore my interests in yoga, meditation, and psychedelics.
At that time, I was in a phase of life where I was broadly focused on improving my mental and physical health, and the eclectic topics covered in this podcast reflect this more exploratory phase of my own journey.
Nonetheless, I believe that these episodes act as an archive for conversations of the time and provide great value for those interested conversations exploring the intersection of meditation, psychedelics, and awakening.
