How Can We Work Together?
Plant medicine meets you where you are on your journey. That’s why it’s important to cultivate inner resources through meditation and a secular approach. Contemplative traditions that can support us on a path of awakening.
We’ll begin our journey together with a free 30-minute discovery call.
In this call we’ll:
touch base on your experience with meditation
work through your intentions for using plant medicine
discuss recommendations based on contemplative traditions
address any questions you may have
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll then discuss a coaching plan that works best for you.
Before we begin, I invite you to inquire into your purpose for embarking on this journey such that we can discuss everything openly and transparently.
